Looking for a housemate to move into our house in Primrose Hill, opposite Regents Park. We have excellent transport links - 7 min walk to Camden Town or Chalk Farm, 12 mins to Camden Overground.

The house is in a very quiet, residential road, close to the Primrose Hill village which has a fantastic community - lots of local events.

It is very modern with wooden floors throughout (and under floor heating). Each room has its own thermostat. There's a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, outside washing line and each room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair (very handy if you are working from home in the current circumstances).

The bedroom is light and airy, with two windows and a sky window. There is plenty of storage space, including an under stairs cupboard.

The best part is we have a massive private terrace/garden with a table and chairs for eating dinner outside after playing a few games of table tennis. This leads out through the lounge.

We are currently young professionals working within Finance and are looking for similar like-minded young professionals.

We have a variety of superstores/supermarkets 5-7min walk away, there are 4 gyms in the area.
