Double Bedroom in Luxurious Primrose Hill House

Hello,

We are looking for a new flatmate to stay with us STARTING JANUARY, as our previous flatmate, an exchange student, will be returning home. We've been here for over a year and we love the place. Wooden floors, marble kitchen and bathrooms, and a really nice outdoor patio. The rooms are all very spacious with a double-sized bed, all furnished with desks and wardrobes, including the one posted here. We're also a minute walk from Primrose Hill and we've got a coop and nisa right next to us. There's also a massive Sainsburys and Tesco down the road.

I'm a Ph. D. student, while everyone else is a young professional (recently graduated from Masters). We're all close and enjoy doing stuff together - movie nights, poker tournaments, pubs. We'd love to welcome some new people to the group :). We're also clean, tidy, and respect each other's privacy.

There are 7 rooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, and a patio. the room posted here is on the bottom floor and shares the bottom floor bathroom with only one other flatmate on the first floor.
