Priority will be given to groups wanting to rent the entire flat. I will also reduce the total price to £3000. Thanks!
🏡 The apartment
The apartment is on the 16th floor which, combined with the floor-to-ceiling windows, means the rooms are flooded with light throughout the day and you’ll enjoy genuinely stunning views over Canary Wharf, the Olympic Park and the canals below - all of which really come alive at night.
The modern, open-plan kitchen gives the main living area a lot of space that’s perfect for hosting, and the shape of the room creates natural dining and living areas.
The three double bedrooms are all light and airy. Given their size, the spacious rooms can easily accommodate large wardrobes and chests of drawers. All bedrooms feature gorgeous full length windows that brighten the area and provide you with serene views to wake up to every morning. The main bedroom offers a modern en-suite bathroom and integrated wardrobe.
You can make use of the convenient resident’s gym, pop up to the roof terrace on the 35th floor for spectacular views over the Olympic Park, and the 24hr concierge gives you peace of mind that your parcels will always be collected safely.
🚄 Travel and commuting
The apartment offers superb transport links across London through the use of Bromley-by-Bow and Bow Road Station (Hammersmith & District), both around a 10 min walk, which connect to Mile End (Central) taking you quickly to the centre and onwards. Canary Wharf and Stratford can both be easily accessed via Pudding Mill Lane and Bow Church Stations (DLR), both around an 8 minute walk away.
And for the cyclists, the cycle superhighway on your doorstep provides a handy route directly into the city and nearby areas.
🍸 Culture and nightlife
The immediate area is going through a huge amount of development, with a number of mixed-use areas and spaces, including Sugar House Island and ABBA Arena.
It’s a short and pleasant walk up the canal to Hackney Wick, where you’ll find a range of breweries, restaurants and bars. The rest of East London is on your doorstep, with an ever-changing scene of restaurants, galleries and events across the likes of Hackney, Dalston, Shoreditch and Bethnal Green.
🧘 Leisure and sport
The nearby Olympic Park and Victoria Park offer some lovely green retreats, and Bow has a great selection of quirky cafes to pop into on a lazy Sunday.
The Olympic pool is about 10 mins away, offering some of the best swimming facilities in the country, as well as gyms and studios for all your athletic needs. There are a couple of climbing centres nearby, an abundance of clubs (running, football, cricket etc.) operating out of Viccy Park, and you have West Ham’s new stadium on your doorstep should you want to watch sport instead of play it!
For grocery shopping, there’s a big Tesco 5 mins away and an abundance of smaller shops on Roman Road. For clothes and other gifts, there are a host of vintage markets in Hackney Wick, and the Westfield in Stratford plays host to the more conventional high-street brands.
