We have a double bedroom with its own balcony available from 1 December in our modern Putney/Wandsworth riverside apartment, sharing with two easy going professionals guys (Kiwi and British) who work in graphic design and sales.

We will be planning viewings next week.

If you are someone looking for a place to call home and you are clean, tidy and easy going, then we would love to hear from you. We both lead busy London lives though we do hang out when we can to enjoy a laugh with some food, beers, etc.

You have found us at the right time! The apartment has just been renovated with new carpet and freshly painted. The apartment has a large lounge with corner couch and balcony. A good sized separate kitchen and a bathroom which you will share with only one other. Each bedroom has it's own small balcony! We have all the usual mod cons. The room consists of a double bed, chest of draws, bookcase and a large double wardrobe.

Bills are not included but are roughly around £135 per month.

We are located 100m from Wandsworth park and the River. Sainsbury's is just around the corner or the larger shopping centre is just down the road. The apartment is walking distance to both East Putney/Putney Bridge tube and Wandsworth Town Rail (both 10mins) - Wandsworth Riverside Pier with boat service to central is also on our doorstep,
