Lovely double room with own bathroom and balcony in a large flat in central Putney. Would suit independent professional.

The flat is split level and the room is on a separate floor. It’s fully furnished with bed, built-in wardrobes, desk and chair, bedside table and mirror.
The bathroom is new - bath, shower, toilet, sink and LED mirror, and has lots of storage space

The flat has a large fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The lounge is light and spacious and the flat has a south west facing roof terrace.

Rent includes WIFI, Sky TV, all bills and a weekly cleaner. Will need to bring your own bedding and towels.
Sharing with two friendly professionals who work in town but occasionally work from home. Happy to have a glass of wine after work but generally live quite a quiet life during the week as we both have busy jobs.

Conveniently located less than a 5 min walk to Putney station (trains take 12 mins to Vauxhall, 16 mins to Waterloo and 10 mins to Richmond).

East Putney tube and Putney Bridge tube are a 10 min walk away. There are plenty of buses from the high street to central London, and the Thames Clipper River boat is a 12 min walk away.

Putney High Street is vibrant and busy, with lots of bars, shops, gyms, and parks nearby.


Monday to Friday let but can be flexible if you need it for less than 5 days a week.
