We have a very large double bedroom available in a four-person houseshare. The room comes furnished, has ample storage space and receives plenty of natural daylight.

We’re looking for a sociable and tidy male in their mid-to-late twenties or early-thirties to replace me. I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been by far the best houseshare I’ve lived in; I’m leaving with a heavy heart as I’m in the process of buying my own place.

The house is a large three-floor property on a quiet residential road, found between Wandsworth Park and Putney High Street, with all three of Putney’s trains stations (Putney Bridge, East Putney, Putney mainline) less than a 10-minute walk away. It’s honestly pretty much the best location you could have in Putney.

We have a huge living and dining room kitted out with a nice big TV and Sky Sports. The house also has a very spacious kitchen, separate laundry room, and a downstairs toilet.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a shared bathroom, while the top floor has a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.

Outside is a lovely garden with a patio and built in BBQ - perfect for summer days!

All bills are included in the £647 rent; this also covers a cleaner once per week. As we rent directly from the landlord, there's no contract fees or any other fees you typically have to pay when moving. The deposit is also really low at £390.

You'll be living with three working professionals, all of whom are super friendly - two girls (Frankie and Leah) and one guy (Alex) aged between 24 and 27.

They’re all easy-going, sociable and into sport/fitness. While we all have our own social circles, we enjoy hanging out and going for drinks together too. It’s a great balance.

As the purchase of my new place is still going through, the move-in date isn’t 100% confirmed yet, but we hope to let you know by the time we do viewings.

We’re planning on doing viewings w/c 11 Feb, by which point I’ll be able to confirm the move-in date.
