Hi there,

I'm moving in with my partner and will be leaving my flat share in Putney so we are looking for someone to join the family in our lovely house from the 12th March.

What's the house like?
It is a 3 story modern home, with a large living room and separate kitchen/diner (including 2 fridges/freezers, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher) and a large garden for morning coffees when the weather allows it, and of course, summer dinners. The garden is south facing and is a real sun trap in summer. It also has a back entrance, which is ideal if, like me, you commute by bike and are keen to store your bike safely and easily. The house is very homely, spacious and with good vibes.

The first floor includes 3 bedrooms, including yours, as well as a large bathroom that you will be sharing with 2 other people.

The room is small but bright and comes with heaps of storage!
At the moment, the room only includes a double bed and mattress, as well as in-built wall shelves.
There is an option to purchase a tall wardrobe, chest of 4 drawers and matching bed side table only 7 months old, which PERFECTLY fit the room and available space, and are in great condition :)

Rent is £545.00 and bills are generally around £100 month, including Council Tax, Broadband, TV licence, and Power, Gas, Water and a cleaner coming every 2 weeks.
Deposit is £623.00, and Agency fees approx £140

What are the housemates like?
You'll be sharing the home with 3 other girls in their mid/late 30s, all professional working in the city. The house is generally pretty quiet, but we do enjoy cooking together when we can, watching movies or having drink at home or out and about.

We're looking for someone tidy, friendly and sociable, who enjoys spending time together from time to time around a meal or glass of wine (or 2!), or a nice movie night in.
