I am subletting my king size ensuite loft room in our lovely and cosy flat in putney/wandsworth! We are looking for a chilled, sociable and tidy young professional.
The room will be available for 6 months but I can be flexible on this. I am moving out to save some cash as I am continuing to WFH.
I want someone who is respectful and will look after the room as I love it dearly!
About the flat:
The flat is a 10 minute walk to East Putney station (zone 2), 5 min walk to the bus stop with services going to places such as to clapham/brixton/peckham and also a 10 minute walk to Southside shopping centre and a huge Sainsbury’s or a Waitrose if you're feeling Posh!
The room is available for £650 pcm. Bills usually come to around £80 per month and cover council tax, electric, gas, water, wifi, tv license.
