Pretty double room in large house in Putney

A medium-sized room with a double bed and plenty of storage is available in a large and gorgeous house with a garden, to share with one other housemate. The house is on a lovely quiet road, 5 mins from river and 5 mins from Putney train station.

The house is truly amazing and great value, so my main objective is to find a really great person to live with. :) I’ve had such awesome housemates before, and I’m hoping to find someone equally as wonderful! As there will just be two of us in the house, I’d prefer to live with another girl, and I’d really like to have a housemate who will become a friend - it would be great to go out for a pint at one of our local pubs every now and again, or hang out with takeaway and Netflix some evenings, or host dinner parties. Being clean, tidy and respectful is also, obviously, very high on the list!

Info about moi (future housemate):
I’m a 31-year old art gallery curator, born and bred in North London, but now happily ensconced in the beautiful South West. I work in the week and am a busy bee most weekends. I’m pretty active - I play tag rugby and have just started rowing at Vesta club on Putney Embankment. I love doing cultural things about London, and getting out on day trips to visit country houses or go on rambling walks. I’m single, and always quite busy and sociable as my family and most of my friends from school, uni and work are based in London.

It would be great to find a like-minded housemate to share my mega pad with. Here’s hoping!
