The flat is only 8 minutes’ walk to Putney Station and 15
minute walk to Easy Putney tube station.

The flat is situated in a lovely quiet street off the main road, perfect for a single working professional.

There is a separate kitchen to lounge area with a large leafy garden that is only accessible directly from this flat - Perfect for summer time!
The kitchen has a dishwasher and the place is currently furnished.
The room is available from July 1st.

I wish for the inbound tenant to be clean and tidy, the flat is not suitable for someone with a huge amount of furniture / belongings. The flat is not a party house, and suits someone looking for a quiet/peaceful place to call home.

The flat is a private rental, (no pesky real estates).
I have a great relationship with the landlord who is awesome and very supportive.
