The room

Large double at the back of the house on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden. Semi furnished - the room comes with a KING SIZED BED and a lot of space (or unfurnished if you prefer) and shares a bathroom next door with only one other housemate

The house

The house is a large new build (90s ish) end terrace townhouse. Two en-suite bedrooms rooms (Tom and Michael's rooms) and two rooms (the available room and George's room) sharing the bathroom on the second floor. On the ground floor a big kitchen with dining table, downstairs loo and a spacious living room which backs on the garden behind. Perfect for summer BBQs

We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and split all bills 4 ways. Average bills total is approximately £130 each per month

The housemates

Existing housemates. Michael, Tom, George friendly easygoing busy guys. The ideal housemate would be clean, tidy and sociable... and all those other good qualities! We like to cook for one another and love to share a bottle of wine when time permits. Male/ female, gay/ straight... we have no preference just a happy someone, who is easy to live with

Tom - works in a fancy restaurant in central. Big fan of the footie and musical theatre!
Michael - artist and interiors expert
George - owns a gardening and landscaping business
