We're 2 mins from Putney Heath and lots of bus routes, 10mins from Putney station and the high street and about 10-15 mins from East Putney tube station. Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco's and Co-op are all 10-15 mins away. There are lots of pubs and bars in the area and especially on Putney high street. The street itself is quiet.

Room is available as the current flatmate is sadly moving out to a new area. This is such a beautiful flat and great place to live! We've been here for 2 years and have never had any problems - the landlord is very proactive and helpful.

Current rent is £750 each and all bills inc council tax and internet are currently £100 p/m each.
