You will be sharing with a guy(civil service) and girl(teacher). We are looking for a clean and considerate person to replace our current roommate who is moving out at the end of November.

We enjoy having a quiet flat as we both have our own lives and busy work schedules but we are also looking forward to having some drinks & BBQ's in our garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a separate kitchen and living room downstairs as well as second WC.

The room:
The largest room, currently has a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, full mirror and 2 book cases (optional).

The lease:
The lease will be on a 3 month rolling basis that can be cancelled by either the tenant and landlord (i. e if either party gives 3 months notice the lease can be terminated or earlier if an agreement is reached between both parties)

Transport:
Less than 5 minutes walk to Putney train station (~16m into waterloo)
Less than 10 minutes walk to East Putney tube (~8m to Wimbledon, ~10m to Earl's Court)
Loads of buses available from the high street near by

Bills:
Bills are not included in the rent, they roughly add up to £100-120 a month for
Gas & Elec, Water, Council Tax, Sky TV + Fibre and Cleaner depending on if its Summer/Winter
