ONE-PERSON OCCUPANCY ONLY
The rooms in our flat are for 1 person occupancy. (Not available for a couple or 2 people sharing a room.)

1. ROOMS (FULLY FURNISHED)

We have 4 fully furnished small single rooms available in our 5-bedroom all-female flat: (ALL bills included!) Available for long or short-term stay. Please see details below. (We can provide all beddings and towels. Also you can have a free shared bicycle to use.)

Also all toilet papers and cleaning products are included. All bedding and towels can be provided at no extra charge. Flat has a huge living room with sofas and a dining table and chairs, and has 2 bicycles that you can use for free.

All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, shelves, curtains, long mirror, bedside/desk light lamps, mattress, duvet, pillows etc. We even have spare clean bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases) and towels that you can use for free if you want. If you stay short term like less than 1 month, you can use my shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and I can lend you my hairdryer.

2. APARTMENT (BIG LIVING ROOM / BATHROOM, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN)

The flat comes with a huge lounge (living room) with big and comfortable recliner sofas, plus a dining area with a big dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating. A spacious bathroom, shower and bath, 2 toilets. Free off-street parking right outside the flat. Shops open till 8pm 1min walk. Supermarkets open daily till 11pm nearby (13min walk).

3. SUPER-FLEXIBLE STAY DURATION (NO BINDING CONTRACT)

There is no minimum or maximum stay at our flat! As long as you give 1-month notice to move out, you can move out any time and get your deposit back in full. (A lot of private let in UK will tie you in to a 6 or 12-month contract. We don’t do that here at our flat. Really flexible stay duration for you to choose.)

4. FLATMATES (QUIET / FRIENDLY GIRLS, NOT PARTY TYPES. AND YOU?)

You will share with friendly, international and nonsmoking ladies from different countries (UK, Italy, France, Japan etc.). We are not loud, drinking party types or frequently bringing a lot of friends or boyfriends/partners staying over many nights every week. Some of us are students (under and postgraduate) or work hard with long hours, so we need our home to be a quiet and relaxing environment, so it would suit people who look for likewise.

Currently/soon there are/will be these flatmates:
- Indian female, 30s, working for an international company in ICT.
- British female, 20s, an arts university student in London

Also 100% non-smokers only. (A non smoker does not mean someone who will not smoke in the house or someone who smokes electronic cigarettes. A non smoker means someone who NEVER smokes. Please, if you’re not 100% non-smoker, please don’t reply to my ad and look elsewhere. No drug users will be admitted.)

5. LOCATION / TRANSPORT

It’s near Putney, Barnes, Roehampton and East Sheen (zone 2 or 3) in London. There is NO underground station (metro – ‘tube’ as it is called in Britain) walking distance. But we have a train station 10min walk from our flat (Barnes station, 22min direct train journey to Waterloo with frequent trains every 8-12min), and there are buses right in front of the flat to Hammersmith (33), East Putney (265), Putney Bridge(265) and Richmond (337) underground stations (10-15min bus ride). Also good transport links (bus/train) to Kingston, Wimbledon, Clapham, Wandsworth, Fulham, Chelsea and central London. The Richmond Park (you can see deer!), Roehampton University and Queen Mary Hospital are 10-15min walk from our flat.

6. PICK UP IN MY CAR WHEN MOVING IN & FOREIGNERS TO BE CAREFUL

If you move in to live with us long term or stay with us, I may be able to help you with moving your luggage in my car for small petrol contribution which would be cheaper than taxis. (But I cannot guarantee my availability as I can be away on business and I get very busy over holiday period working everyday.)

Viewing is welcome either in person or by Skype. If you are a foreign student in another country not able to come for viewing, you must be careful with online ads asking you for money in advance, but we are genuine and real, and we will provide IDs. (We are experienced in letting out to foreign students and professionals relocating to London and can provide verifiable references from former and current tenants including in my personal network like Facebook as I have some lovely girls from many different countries who lived with us in the past for a year or two and moved on who are good friends now.)
