Double room close to Putney High Street

Hey,

we have a double room in a fantastic location in Putney. The house is very close (under 10min walk) to Putney Bridge, Putney Station and a lot of (night-)buses at Putney High Street. Additionally, there are shops and two awesome pubs close by.
All bills are inclusive but internet (an additional 10er for me). There is also Sky and BT sports, as well as a cleaner coming once a week included in the bills. The house is a bit unusual built but we do have six bedrooms, two kitchens, three showers, three toilets and a roof terrace for BBQs with a nice view. There room is fairly big with a sink.

The landlady and her two children are living upstairs on an interim basis. Don't be put off, the landlady is a very nice, easy going woman and her two children are lovely. She is planning to move out beginning of April. They have their own kitchen upstairs and you will share the kitchen downstairs with Alexia (South African), Timoteo (Italian) and myself (German).
