The available bedroom is on the main floor and you would have the main bathroom all to yourself.

Conveniently located, just 2 minutes from the river & the Pier, 1 minute from the bus lines 22, 265 and 485 (towards Central London, Wandsworth, Hammersmith, Barnes, Richmond Park), 10 mins walk to both Putney Bridge Station and Putney Overground and 5 minutes walk to Putney High Street with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

After a few years at the house (& unfortunately for me) my flatmate has decided to leave the country. It leaves me in a search for a new housemate - someone social, tidy, friendly and with a curious mind.. I work in media, love arts, fashion, travel, theatre and discovering new places. The house has enough space to get your socialise, do some YT fitness classes and yet have your own personal 'oasis'. and have quite a busy schedule during the week, which leaves me the weekend to relax and enjoy the outdoors as well as time with the friends (Covid permitting). A small side-note - I have inherited one purring ginger cat who also enjoys the house-share.

The flat is managed by an agent (so you would need to go through the credit check procedure to be on the contract). Both them and landlord have been brilliant.
