The spacious flat which benefits from a lot of natural light has a kitchen, bath-shower-laundry room and a separate toilet. There is plenty of green space close by and it’s only a 5min walk to the river! We have a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks, to keep on top of things. There is also on-street parking available.

In a large, bright, and clean flat, on the top floor of a Victorian semi-detached house, tucked away on an unbelievably quiet leafy residential street in West Putney. Internet access via Wi-Fi, GCH, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso etc.

You will be sharing the flat with a really easy going and friendly guy who enjoys socialising as much as a quiet night in. I also like to cook, when not taking yoga classes and cycling through the many paths and routes that this green, yet very central area of London affords. I am looking for a like-minded professional who is fun, outgoing, responsible, respectful and clean, who will treat this place as their home.

The location couldn't be more perfect. The flat is also in a very nice area and you never feel unsafe, or unhappy to walk home past a certain hour.

Location:
Amazing location for all amenities, just a 5 minute walk from Putney High Street, which has loads of great cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, an Odeon cinema, three yoga centres are within a 4 minute walk, a Pure Gym, Putney Leisure Centre (with a 33 metre pool, many tennis courts and a shopping centre for Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and all the other usual suspect’s... The river Thames is only 5 minutes away with access to the footpath that runs in both directions, from Putney to Westminster and all the way to Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston, Hampton Court and beyond. It is excellent for walks, runs, cycling, sailing and rowing. All of the rowing clubs are located on this part of the river. Putney and Barnes Common is 5 minutes to the West and Richmond Park is a 10-minute drive to the west. The London Wetland Centre and Barnes are also close by, with Putney Heath and Wimbledon Common a short cycle ride south. This location is ideal for people that work near Wimbledon or want to escape the crazy busy life of Central London, but still, want to be close.

Transport:
Zone 2. Only a 7.5 minute walk to Putney Overground station and 12.5 minutes to Putney East and Putney Bridge Underground stations. You can be in central London within 25 minutes and Clapham Junction in 5 minutes. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away which includes access to the N22 night bus and another 5 minutes away for the N14 and others. “Boris” TFL cycle hire bikes are readily available across the area. The River Bus operates from Putney Bridge (5 mins walk) to Blackfriars and connects with 5 other routes, at morning peak and evenings only.
