Room in great flat with great transport connections. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Barnes, Putney and Putney Bridge (district line) railway stations with free parking available outside the flat.

The room is a great size and has a double bed with room, a wardrobe, draws, bedside table and also a large cupboard for more storage.
The rest of the flat has had considerable renovations in the last 2 years with damp-proofing throughout, a brand new toilet, bathroom and kitchen, as well as a new washing machine, boiler, microwave, dishwasher and TV. There is a large shared living room with wide screen TV and BT TV and broadband. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week, included in the price.

Our current flatmate is moving out but will be sorely missed! We are a chilled out bunch who like to go and do our own thing but also like sitting down and watching TV of an evening, looking for someone who’s also pretty chilled and up for a laugh. All the current tenants are all professionals with a range of interests but all very friendly. We have a private landlord who is always happy to invest in the property where needed.
