Double Room at Putney Bridge

The bedroom

Hi! We are two guys looking for a sociable person to join our flat share right by Putney Bridge station. Our old flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend in December.

The Flat:
It's a three-bed flat with shared kitchen, large living-room and bathroom. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and its own sink. All bills usually come to about £90 per month each.

Location:
It's a 1-minute walk to Putney Bridge tube station and less than 10-minute walk to Putney High Street, where there are loads of shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Putney train station is a 15-minute walk approx. The area is very safe, there are some lovely parks nearby and we're right by the Thames.

Current Housemates:
We're Matt and Pat! Matt (27) is an Australian working in sports and avid Liverpool fan, Pat (26) is an Irish PhD student. We both do a lot of travelling but hang out in the flat a lot too!
