A large double bedroom with en-suite available from beginning of July in Queen’s Park.
Current flatmates are moving out after 3 years to head home to Ireland.
Room furniture differs to what is shown, comes with;
- smaller bed frame & new mattress
- chest of drawers & mirror
(additional chest of drawers, desk & tall shoe cabinet to be removed, so will feel more roomy!)
You'd be sharing with 2 other people; myself - 28 year old working in property, one male 30 year old working for Deliveroo. We like to have the occasional drink together in the flat, but also respect each others own space.
There is ample home working space as both of us are working out of our rooms/in office part time, with space in the available room or shared lounge/diner.
The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo line), as well as both Kensal Rise or Brondesbury Park overground stations.
Bills approx. additional £100 per month p/p if couple, £150 single occupier.
- £925 pcm (double/En suite)
