Newly refurbished large double room- Queen's Park

Hi! We are a newly married couple who have just refurbished our house in Queen's Park, London. We are looking for a lodger/ housemate to live in our very large & airy top floor room. King size bed. Ideally between Mon-Friday. You will have the top floor of our 4 bedroom house to yourself. There is a bathroom that will generally be your own (we will use one on the floor below). We both work 9-5 jobs- around 3 days in the office. On the top floor of our house, there is also a study which you can use as we tend to work from the kitchen. We are busy professionals who are out around 2 nights a week. Looking for someone who also would be out a couple of days a week but also would be in occasionally together to eat/ relax together. There is a large kitchen & living room on the ground floor. If we are out, we would be happy for you to have friends for dinner etc. but would prefer for that to be discussed beforehand in case we are in/ have plans at home. Whole house is newly refurbished & we keep it clean & tidy so looking for someone who would be the same! Initally looking for someone to rent the room for 6 months.
