Hello!

I’m sadly moving out after over 3 wonderful years in this great flat, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting from June/July. The current contract is up to February 2026 and then you’ll have the option to renew (following discussion with flatmate and the agency).

This is a modern 2-bed flat in a fantastic location (Council Tax Band F), just a short walk from Queen’s Park and Notting Hill. The flat is clean, spacious, and has a homely vibe — perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

You'll have access to both a private balcony and a separate private terrace plus the buildings’ garden/open area.

It's right next to shops, gyms, cafes, and everything you need close by.


Bills will be around 150£ per person.
