Large double room with ensuite in a cute and cosy three bedroom, terraced flat.

You will be sharing with two lovely girls. One is from New Zealand, who has been in the flat for over 5 years and the other from UK who has been here for 2 years.

The room is a Loft style bedroom at the top of the house which is very quiet and private. The room is really spacious and filled with natural light from the sky windows. It comes fully furnished with two wardrobes, set of drawers, bedside table and an additional storage cupboard.

The house also has a nice living space that has two sofas, tv, and dining table. The kitchen is medium size with a dishwasher!

We also have a cleaner come every fortnight. Bills are paid in advance at the beginning of each month and are roughly £50pm incl. wifi and tv licence.

Nearest train station is Queenstown road less than 5 minute walk with regular trains to Waterloo. Bus stop for 156, 137 and 452 is less than 2 minutes walk, with short rides to Clapham common, Clapham junction, Vauxhall or Sloane square all less than 10mins away. It’s really easy and quick to get into all areas of central london!!!
