Short-term let available in dream location. Ideal for summer interns or those exploring central London for the summer. Available 6th July to 30th August with some flexibility

The apartment is a penthouse, split over two stories (the bedroom is the only room on the bottom floor), with a separate living/dining room and a big kitchen. We are in a dream location 2 minutes walk from Bayswater station (circle/district lines), 2 minutes walk to Queensway (Central line), and 2 minutes walk from Hyde park. We are also 10 minutes walk from Paddington station (and the Heathrow express) and Notting Hill.

You will be sharing with two girls (Australian/Spanish; management consultant/midwife) and one guy (Australian; in sales), all in their mid to late twenties. We are a friendly and respectful household and are looking for someone to complete our home.

There are no agent fees for signing up, and will be required to pay all rent up front given the short let period.

Bills come to £80 per month, which includes a cleaner who comes once per week!
