A bit about the flat:
One spacious (£575) and one cosy (£500) double room available in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Raynes Park. The flat has a separate bathroom, kitchen, shared living room and a garden. Situated on a quiet, leafy street surrounded by parks. On street permit parking available.

The rooms are unfurnished but the current tenants are open to negotiations about some furniture.

There are good facilities near the flat, all within a 5-10 minute walk – three supermarkets, local restaurants/pubs/shops and gym.

Less than a 10 minute walk to Raynes Park train station – 3 minutes to Wimbledon (District line), 10 minutes to Clapham Junction and 20 minutes to Waterloo.

Bills are not included in the monthly rent, and come to approximately £100 a month, depending on time of the year.

My name is Rosie, I work in sustainability between central London and Surrey. I enjoy socialising, sports, travelling and being outdoors. I also like to chill out and enjoy our home – watch a good movie and cook good food.
