We are looking for a new house mate to join our friendly house share in Raynes Park. We are currently two girls and one boy – Gwen, Kadri and Ryan – between the ages of 29 and 35, all working in 9-5 jobs.

The house is a nice Victorian terrace with a living room and kitchen, utility room, a main bathroom and a downstairs toilet, and a lovely garden. Ryan has his own en-suite so you will only be sharing the bathroom with Gwen and Kadri.

The room is a light and airy, good-sized double on the ground floor with bay windows. It comes with the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Raynes Park is a safe, leafy and quiet area with a local Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Waitrose, and a huge 24-hour Tesco about ten minutes bus ride away. It is also only a twenty minute walk to Wimbledon Common with its nice pubs. Wimbledon centre with its shops, cinema, bars and restaurants is a ten minute bus ride or twenty-five minute walk.

We are a 5 minutes’ walk from Raynes Park station (zone 4), with frequent trains to Clapham Junction and Waterloo. There is also a 24-hour bus to and from central, and the Northern Line is a 20 minute bus ride away.

The rent is £487.50, with an additional £100 per month for council tax, gas, electric, broadband, water and TV licence. The deposit is £700 and is paid into a secure deposit protection scheme. The room is available from the 2 December.
