Fancy living in a stunning house share that feels like a family home?

The warm, friendly landlady has her own space in the loft. Over the years Mary has made close friends with her old tenants, sharing a glass of wine or the odd meal when the situation arises. She is respectful of lives and privacy but also around if you fancy a chat and a coffee in the garden. Best of both worlds!!

The house is gorgeous. Two doubles are available here. All bills included which means your finances are your own.

One other housemate is already in situ. She is 24 and a working professional. Her and Mary look forward to welcoming two new housemates for the set!

The rooms are doubles kitted out with all the furniture you need in modern style.

As Mary has her own bathroom only 3 of you are sharing. The lounge is in a huge rear extension with a lovely open plan feel with massive 3M high bifold doors. Grand!!

The garden is large and fantastic for chilling and beers should we ever get a warm day!!! Come on the sun!

Westway Close is on a quiet cul de sac. Grand Drive with its buses and shops is a ten min walk away. Morden South and South Merton stations are both a 15 min walk away. St Helier station is a 20 min walk. Spoilt! Commuting to central is as easy as under half an hour from Morden station to both Victoria and London Bridge.
