MON-FRI double room in house SW20 close to train

Hi I'm looking for someone who needs a room MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY ie accommodation to enable commuting in the London area during the week to your work. You need to live in your own home at weekends.

Room will be available from late March.

The room is a large double bedroom in a terraced house in a quiet road close to Raynes Park BR station. Use of kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, crockery, cutlery, no cooker or sink (bathroom adjacent). Use of washing machine. Room has a TV and usual bedroom furniture. Use of shared bathroom with a shower. House has WiFi. A quiet but friendly house.

The road is quiet but is residents only parking Mon - Fri 8.30 - 6.30 (sorry not possible to get a permit). Parking available for a cycle. House is close to train station with great connections into London. Also good bus routes. Cycling via quiet roads to Central London possible. Cycle only route to New Malden and Kingston. Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common close by.
