Lovely double bedroom with large window letting plenty of sunlight in. Room contains a built in cupboard and has plenty of space to fit a double bed and additional storage units. Recently repainted giving it a fresh and modern look. Comes unfurnished.

The house itself comprises three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is one bathroom on the first floor for the three bedrooms and an ensuite on the top floor which is currently occupied. One shared kitchen, living space (dining and living), garden at the back and garage to store you bicycle or anything else you may have.

The house is close to public transports and amenities as well as parks and a five minute walk from David Lloyd’s members club.

We are currently two young professional women. One works in emergency services and the other in hospitality so we both work shift and need someone who isn’t bothered by that. We both lead very active lives and are in relationships so are often out and about. Our partners also spend a decent amount of time at the house. We have two dogs who are both very friendly and well behaved and the house is always kept clean and tidy.

Smokers are welcome as long as it’s outside. We would rather someone who doesn’t have a pet as three pets will start to be a little much in one household.

Bills not included but come to about £100 per month.
