A bit about the flat:
You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 lovely Girls, Olivia (23) and Anna (24)! Both working professionals, very nice and sociable. Olivia works in publishing, and enjoys reading, walking, trying out new cafe’s/restaurants/bars, & pub trips. Anna works as a tech consultant, and she’s into baking, swimming and trips to the pub with friends.

The house vibe is really calm, where everyone does their own thing but also enjoys a chat with flatmates, watching a film, baking or going to the pub. However, it’s not very hardcore ‘party’ so would be good if the other person is a similar vibe.

The flat is a 15/20 minute walk or 5 minute bus journey from Raynes Park station and the bus stop is pretty much on the doorstep! Raynes park train takes you to Waterloo in 20 minutes!

There are also 2 local shops on the doorstep plus a large supermarket, coffee shop etc only a 5 minute bus ride away!

It’s very close to Kingston and only a short bus ride away from both Wimbledon station (district line) and South Wimbledon Station (Northern line).

The building is super well connected, and Neighbours are lovely, and it’s super safe, you can leave your parcels outside for a month and literally no one will touch it. The area is family friendly, super quiet and safe with a lot of things to do.

- £133 per month bills due on the 1st of each month
- £528 deposit
- flexible contract with the option to change the lease paying a small fee and finding a replacement
- We do everything though our agency, which is honestly one of the best experiences I had! Super nice, answer really fast and fixed all issues immediately. They are always working on cleaning and imrpving rhe building
- Requirements: proof of employment, minimum salary of £19,000.

The furniture included is the bed and mattress but I am happy to leave the chest of drawers and clothes rail in the cupboard if you want as well as the TV. The cupboard pictured is all yours too!
