We have a lovely very large double room available in our stunning house of 5 in early feb. The room comes with its own en suite, and occupies the whole top floor of the house. The property has a beautiful open plan kitchen and living room and a dining room into our large conservatory.
It comes furnished with a double bed and three built in wardrobes. The garden is beautiful and perfect for bbq's in the summer. Free car parking space is also available on the private driveway.
Sharing with four other friendly and sociable professionals (four girls). We are looking for another female/male professional 23-35 to move into our beautiful house who is friendly, tidy and easy going. It is definitely more of a home than a rented room in a house.
The house is located within a 10 minute walk from Raynes Park station (or 3 minutes on the bus). It is easy access to the wonderful Wimbledon 10-15 mins bus journey and a quick train to Waterloo for any commuters.
Internet and water are included in the rent. The the remaining bills total ~£70 a month.
