We are two friendly women who are looking for a third to complete our lovely home.

We enjoy hanging out, watching Netflix, cooking and baking, dancing, running and prelockdown travelling. And also a chat after a long day at work over a nice cup of tea!

It is spread over 2 floors and the kitchen is the opposite end of the house to the lounge, so lots of space.

As well as a desk in the bedroom there are also tables in the living room and the kitchen if you are working from home and want different options than being in your room to work.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a home and is clean and tidy. The house is really spacious so good if you have lots of stuff!

Lovely large double bedroom with big window and lots of light. Three built in wardrobes and some furniture. The room is at the back of the property so very quiet.

The house has a kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet room, large hallway, large furnished lounge and is over two floors. Its in a safe location very close to all amenities in Raynes Park, such as a local Sainsbury's, costa, Starbucks and restaurants.

The bathroom and toilet room are separate and the bathroom has a bath as well as a shower!

One stop from Wimbledon (zone 3 and the district line) Raynes park is just in Zone 4, 25 minutes direct train to Waterloo, also close to Surrey and A3.
20 minute walk from Wimbledon, 10 minute bus ride or 4 minutes on the train.

2 minute walk to the station. Very close to Wimbledon common, and other local parks so lots of close outside spaces. There is a long driveway which can be sat out on in nice weather.

Bills are extra to the rent. Bills approx are about £100 per month extra max in winter. This is Council tax, Internet, gas and electric.
