The main house kitchen has the usual mod cons . The loft kitchenette has a small fridge and space for a microwave.

The loft room itself is spacious and semi self contained with its own shower. There are two wc's directly below the loft room as it does not have it's own wc.

No additional fees to be paid.. The property is in council tax Band D.
