We have a very large double room available in our beautiful house in Raynes Park.
The house has a spacious tv/living room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen & dining area, 12m garden and a garage for storage and a driveway that can fit 2 cars.
The house located on a quiet residential street 5 mins walk from 24H Tesco, 12 mins from Raynes Park & Motspur Park Stations, 10 mins by bus to Wimbledon or Kingston. Train takes you to Claphan Junction in 10 mins & Waterloo in 20 mins.
Room measures 4.6m by 3.4m. It has a double bed & a large wardrobe leaving plenty of space for your furniture. The room can be let unfurnished if you like to bring your own furniture.
You will be sharing with other 3 flatmates: 2 males and 1 female. Everyone is very friendly, all working professionals, easy to get on with. Its a nice clean and quiet place.
House is not overcrowded and plenty of space for everyone.
There is a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks. The rent includes all the bills.
We all have a busy lifestyle but we are a friendly bunch and enjoy having a social time together over a couple of beers.
