Double Room in Cosy East London Flat

Hello !
We have a well sized, sunny double room for rent in our small but cosy and friendly flat!!
The room comes with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
The flat is warm and colourful and situated 4min walk from Redbridge station on the central line (open 24hrs on weekends) and just 20mins from Liverpool Street station!
Behind us, just a few mins walk is a stunning wild park and forest with lakes, wildlife and horses :)
Rent is super low at £350 per month plus bills which are approx £75. This includes all expenses like water, gas/electricity, tv license, council tax and Virgin broadband.
You will be sharing the flat with 3 others. We are a friendly and hardworking bunch from around the world!
We are looking for a new housemate who is a non smoker and clean and tidy (this is VERY important! )
You will be expected to clean up after yourself and contribute to the overall cleaning and maintaining of the flat on a regular basis. It’s not a huge flat so this is easy!
Other than that we are very laid back and enjoy cooking together and having a good laugh :)
The flat is also being fixed up this week so will be looking even better !
