I am an artist looking for a female professional or student to rent a very large room in my family home. Creative types welcome.

The room is 5m x 3.8m, and has two windows with a double aspect. It is furnished with a table/desk and chairs, a large sofa bed that can be used as a single or super king bed, cupboards and a piano. The building is quiet with a pretty courtyard, and is a five-minute walk from Regent's Park.

There are excellent transport connections, being a short walk from Great Portland Street, Warren Street, Regent's Park Station, Euston Square, Euston Station, Mornington Crescent and Camden Town underground stations, giving you access to the Victoria, Circle, Bakerloo, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan and Northern lines.

We are within a short walk of Camden High Street and Camden Market, Tottenham Court Road and Gower Street. The location would be ideal for someone working in Marylebone, Bloomsbury, King's Cross, Camden, Angel, the West End and around Regent's Park, including UCL and KCL, and pretty much anywhere in central London.
