Hello all,
Welcome to my little penthouse.
First of all, the price is dependent on how many nights you stay during the week.
I am only looking for a mature male lodger,30+ professional, sorry NO STUDENTS.
Only Monday to Friday,4 or 3 nights a week.
long-term, after a week of trial max 1year, but can be extended.
Because my flat is very small, and there is no living room, and my kitchen is only a galley, my place would suit someone that works all day and is not into cooking and only use for the room to relax and sleep .

Unfortunately my lodger Ryan at the moment will be leaving at the end of this month October. He has been staying from Monday to Friday for the last 2years.

I am a very easy going guy and have 15years of flatshare experience behind me.
I am very sociable, with a very witty dry sense of humour.
But I will always respect your privacy.

This is an pleasant :) clean little flat in a quiet residential building in a quiet neighbourhood. The flat is on the topfloor, so no direct neighbours. The room and the flat are very sunny (that is offcourse if the sun is shining;) and plenty of natural light. The room is small but custom designed. There is a desk, chest of drawers and hanging facilities and plenty of storage under the raised platform where the bed is, where you have a fabulous uninterrupted view of the area, including Regents Park.
You will share the shower room and galley kitchen with me.
Access to washing machine and broadband.

The flat is a 5min walk from beautiful Regents Park. The nearest tube station's to my place are Great Portland street and Regents Park, 6 -8 min walk. Warren street tube station is a good 10 min walk. There are plenty nearby bus routes into town and out of town to the subs.
15min walk from Euston station.
25 min max from St'Pancras international Eurostar and also Kings Cross station.

I am an architect and lampshade designer and maker. I work more from home right now and less in the studio .
