Literally a minute's walk from Regent's Park, 30 secs if you run, the flat's prime location and amazing environment make it ideal for anyone who wants to be near some of the best green spaces in London, and on the doorstep of Soho, Marylebone and Camden.
Just a 2 minute walk to Great Portland Street station (Met/Circle/H&C) , 5 mins to Regents Park station (Bakerloo) and 9 min walk to Warren Street station (Vic/Northern). Baker Street, Camden Town, Euston and King's Cross/St Pancras are also within reasonable walking distances! We also have the 88 night bus on our route which definitely comes in handy on night's out - when we can finally do that again! This flat is definitely a find, we love it!
We're in the Bone Daddies delivery zone which is a magical bonus if you're a ramen fan like us.
ABOUT US
In the house is me, Julia (New Zealand/British), and Katrina (Scottish/Australian), both professionals in our early thirties, working in the EdTech sector and as an EA. We love cooking, good wine, art, film, film photography, the theatre, long walks up to Primrose Hill and enjoying London. Julia is into the theatre and live music whilst Katrina has a thing for horror movies. We're great friends, love a chat and sharing a bottle of wine but also appreciate peace and quiet when we need it and have our own independent lives.
We are looking for someone sociable and friendly to join us.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat is split over two levels, with a bright and spacious living room/ kitchen, large storage room and one bedroom on the first floor with the other two bedrooms including your room, a large shared bathroom and extra toilet on the second floor.
Large living room with open kitchen and big dining area with windows and balcony also on the garden’s side - ideal for sunbathing in the summer (or at least on the few sunny days).
The bathroom is modern, big and in perfect condition, with newly fitted bathtub, toilet and sinks. Another separate toilet is also located on the second floor.
