Hi we are looking for a young professional to join our beautiful apartment with views to the river Thames- move in date of 1st November.

We are located in Woolwich Arsenal which is 13 minutes walk from DLR and trains station and 5 min by bus. Woolwich Arsenal is an up-and-coming area.
The Cross rail is currently being built at the moment and you have everything you need.
There is a big Tesco 20 mins walk away, M&S, mini Tesco and Sainsbury’s. There are also pubs and small restaurants and cute little cafes to have brunch on a Sunday.

The area is really safe, we live at the Royal Arsenal riverside where young professionals and families live.
We have a beautiful, good sized room coming available, date by negotiation.
The room is fully furnished with a comfy double bed (memory foam mattress) , Desk and chair, chest of drawers and a large fully fitted wardrobe .(loads of storage!)
The flat is very comfortable with fully furnished kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.) You will have to share the main bathroom with my other flatmate which has a shower/ bath & toilet.
We are the only flat in the building that has a large private roof top terrace which is perfect for relaxing in summer.
There is a concierge, parking space and free on street parking also.
We would like to find a young professional who is clean and respectful but who is also up for a glass of wine every now and then.
We are young professionals who work in the city and consist one one female and one male.
 We like going out with friends and also to have chilled friendly evenings in and are looking for someone with similar 9-5 lifestyle, not suitable for people looking to have parties at home or smokers!

You will be signing a 12 mth joint tenancy lease with us.
