The rent for one person is £800 per month, for a couple the rent is £900 per month.

WiFi, cleaning and services are included in the rent. There is a parking space that can be used at no extra cost. There is space to store bicycles.

I am currently living with my partner in another flat. I am renting my room. You will be sharing with my friend and co-owner of the property. He is very friendly, works in the NHS, leave early morning and comes back late evening. He likes to spend his evenings watching Nextflix. He like to have the house clean and tidy all the time.
