Local Transport;
Buses, DLR & Rail are a short walk;
12-17 mins to underground lines @Canning Town, West Ham &Stratford.
22-26 mins to London Bridge, Bank, Waterloo &Canary Wharf.
Woolwich Pier is 5mins &the Thames Clipper boat excepts Oyster, stopping at Greenwich, along The City &Westminster (great commute in Summer).
Crossrail/The Elizabeth Line will be a 5/6 min. walk, once complete, getting to Canary Wharf in 7 mins, Liverpool St. in 14 mins, Bond St. in 21 and Paddington in 25 mins. It will also go directly to Heathrow Airport.
Journey time to City Airport is 5 mins by DLR.

If unfamiliar with area - Royal Arsenal is a few mins walk with;
Tesco Express, M&S Foodhall, Sainsbury's Local, The Dial-Arch (Gastropub), The Guardhouse Restaurant Bar, Taproom Bar, Boulangerie Jade (all day brunches), Con Gusto (modern Italian) and various weekend Farmers' Markets.
There is also the Royal Resistance fitness suite and Waterfront Leisure Center which has modern gym facilities/courts/pools, as well as a number of local members' gyms.
Westfield Stratford is 18mins by DLR.

There are no admin/agency fees, though you will have to have;

*Proofs of pay/employment (payslips or company confirmation of pay on email).
*Proofs of identity & N. I – Passport, License/provisional and N. I. card / physical payslip with n. i. no.

Deposit + 1 month advance rent - subsequent rent paid weekly/monthly via standing-order.

Would prefer somebody more long-term as a flatmate, that said, we'd trial a 2 or 3-month period initially, so everyone's happy. Am also fine with rolling monthly contract, if/once agreed.
Preferably somebody of a calm/chilled/respectful nature, which is what I consider myself.

Sorry, no couples, pets, or party-animals, though happy to consider mature/working students. Lgbt-friendly/no preference over gender :)
If a smoker, smoking on balcony only - thanks.

Also, no-shoes-worn-around-the-house please, incl. guests, in-view of hygiene/preserving carpets etc✨
