Flatmate needed for Woolwich riverside apartment

- 2 bed 2 bathroom newly decorated apartment - you will have the double room with a good size separate bathroom with bath & shower. The other is ensuite.
- You will be living with one male, easy going and works in office only
- Bills not included, approx 100 pm, council tax band c
- use of secure parking and on street parking at no extra cost, permit also not needed

Transport
- 10 min walk to Woolwich, Elizabeth line and DLR. Also Uber boat is less then 10 min.
- Woolwich ferry 10 minute drive

I am unfortunately leaving because I have to move back to my home city due to family needs. The apartment is freshly painted and carpeted with new a bathroom and kitchen so it feels new and is very clean. It's also warm!

I will be leaving my friend behind, who I've lived with for a year, he is easy going and works shifts so sometime you have the house yourself, which is always nice!

There is a balcony which overlooks the river attached to a good sized living room.

You will take over the tenancy, reference via the agency is required, they will handle all of that.
Moving date is flexible, January latest is my aim but again I can be flexible (it will just prolong my sadness about leaving this place 🥲) We can agree a move date based on your requirements.

It is unfurnished but I have a bed I'd like to leave but I can take it if not needed.
