Double room in spacious flat in Rotherhite

Looking for a new flatmate to join a flatshare in Rotherhithe. The flat is very (if not extremely by London standards) spacious and overlooking the Thames.

After 3 years in this lovely home, I am sadly moving for a job outside of London. I am thus looking for a replacement housemate. Ideally a female professional, who is looking for a friendly and relaxing home. Move in date is 18 December 2019.


The room advertised is relatively small, however, has a big wardrobe (walk in) and comes with a small (approx telephone box size) storage room. You will share the bathroom with one housemate only, the other has an ensuite.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Rotherhite station for London overground and the C10 and 381 buses. Canada water station for jubilee line and Canada water bus station are a 8-10 minute walk from the flat.

Surrey quays shopping centre is a 15 minute walk, where there are a variety of shops for everyday basic needs.

Many lovely pubs less than 5 minute walking distance, most of which overlook the Thames.

Just as a side note, I’m not the best at taking pictures so the flat is more spacious than the pictures would suggest.
