Fabulous double in gorgeous Rotherhithe flat

A bright and spacious double room has become available in our gorgeous flat in Rotherhithe.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable and chilled out flatmate to share our small and stylish home, not far from Rotherhithe and Canada Water stations. The flat is located a few minutes walk from the Thames, 25 minutes from Tower Bridge and is close to local shops, pubs and Southwark Park. The local area itself is a bit of a quiet haven in Zone 2, and with the luxury of a garden, we like having a barbecue in summer with friends. The row of flats were purpose-built as worker’s cottages for people working on the local docks.

The room itself is furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, cupboard and a chair. As we have our own en suite, you pretty much get your own bathroom too!

We are looking for a like-minded, easy-going flatmate who is house proud and enjoys good food and a bottle of wine. We are a clean and tidy home and would like someone who is just as keen on keeping things in order as we are (if keeping things clean and tidy isn’t your thing - living with us won’t work out). We love cooking great food, drinking wine and watching films. We’d hope you’d be social and friendly but also like down time too.

We are both full time professionals - one of us works in the restaurant industry and the other works in the NHS. We are a friendly and funny couple and would like to get on well with our next flatmate. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Council tax and electric included in rent. Gas, water, wifi, TV license and home insurance comes to around £50 per person per month.
