The trade-off is that we do not have a lounge, just a large kitchen. The block shares a large communal garden and there are two parks less than 20 yards away. The house is kept very clean and there is a large Tescos’, a gym and the river with lovely pubs all within 5-minutes’ walk.
The other flatmates are two British girls in their late 30s. We are friendly but keep to ourselves much of the time. We are looking for a similarly quiet flatmate (sorry no couples).
Monthly rent is £534, plus bills which come to roughly £80pcm. The deposit is £616.
