Lovely En-suite King-bed Room with Riverside views

Hello!

I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room who is moving out to live with her partner.
It is a super-large room with a king-size bed, loads of storage (including a built in wardrobe, draws and shelves), as well as a shower en-suite.
The living room is spacious and bright with floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view of the river/canary wharf - a perfect sun trap for the summer.

BILLS inc. council tax, internet and energy = £140-150/month each
Water is included in rent

TRANSPORT
-Canada Water tube station (Jubilee/Overground) 15min walk
-Bus stops C10 directly outside the building- can take you to Canada Water/rotherhithe, all the way to London Bridge and Victoria.
-381 to waterloo is also 2 minutes walk from the flat.

LOCAL
- City farm and new cafe (serving take-away throughout lockdown!)
- Tesco Extra 15-20 mins away; Nisa local 10min walk away
- Ecological park 5 mins; Southwark Park 15-20 min walk away

You would be sharing the flat with just one other person, me.
I am 29 and work as a dentist. I like to chill out together in the evenings and explore London on the weekends (pre-covid). I've also recently taken up running but still working on my pace.
I am generally quite tidy, and the landlord is really good so do try to take care of the flat.
