Big Double Room with a private garden

Affordable only large Bedroom on the Ground floor, shared house with 3 rooms on the 1st floor with bathroom.

I’m looking for someone/couples welcome to take over my contract and you can obviously extend if you’d like.

The room is massive and it comes with a big private backyard that only you would have access to. There’s a shed in the backyard, a table with chairs and plenty of space for your bikes or a bbq with friends, there’s even a back entrance to the yard.

The room is furnished with a queen size bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a leather sofa and a few side tables. Plenty of light in the room, as it has a floor to ceiling window. This bedroom is situated on the ground floor so you’ll mostly have the floor to yourself, as all the other bedrooms are on the second floor.

The kitchen is big, with a dining table and a separate fridge just for your room. For the time being, you’d be sharing the kitchen with only one more person as the other two flatmates aren’t using it.

Private parking space, just in-front of the house doorstep.

The neighborhood is amazing, safe, very quiet, plenty of parks and lakes around as well as 5 minutes from the Thames walk an 2 minutes from the Quays.


Massive Tesco extra minutes away, Odeon cinema and many restaurants.
Multiple transport links nearby, there’s a bus stop 2 mins away, Canada water tube station 10 mins away as well as Surrey Quays overground station.

All bills included.
Minimum stay 3 months.
