We are looking for a new flatmate to join the flatmates in our spacious 2 storey flat in lovely leafy Rotherhithe, next to the river and woodland park and only 10-15 minutes from central London (London Bridge) by bus, bike or tube, or relaxed walk along the riverside.

It’s a fully furnished 2-storey flat with 4 furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large shared living room and big kitchen/dining room including dishwasher.
You will have your own furnished double bedroom with lovely views out onto the river Thames and Canary Wharf plus shared use of the kitchen/dining room, bathroom and lounge area. There is also a large storage cupboard in the hallway to store your suitcases.

The flat is located in Rotherhithe - a real hidden gem - very quiet, green, safe and surprisingly close to central London with a large woodland park and the Thames Path right next to the flat. These are all really nice to have so close by.

The 3 flatmates currently sharing are all super friendly young professionals - 2 graphic designers and an elite restaurant chef - and would love to welcome someone similar minded to add to the good atmosphere between flatmates. I am a live out (formally live in) landlord but live relatively locally so I’m available when needed, make sure everything is kept working, am friendly with everyone and like a chat, but also respect everyones privacy and space.

For shopping there is a Co-Op supermarket under 5 minutes walk away and a shopping centre/Tesco, bowling alley and cinema 10 minutes walk away.

Canada Water tube and Rotherhithe overground station and Thames Clipper ferry pier are all within walking distance.

Acorn Walk itself is a private gated community with free parking available.

The rent is £600 per month and this includes all bills and fast fibre WiFi.

There is plenty of space/plug points etc to work from home in our large dining area or living room if you need to.
