We are looking for someone to stay in the master en-suite bedroom of our stylish two bedroom, two bathroom furnished flat with balcony and private gardens on the riverside.

The development (Royal Wharf) has 24hr on-site security, concierge, Sainsbury's, Starbucks and a private Clubhouse. The clubhouse (opened December 2018 - membership included in rent) has a 25 meter swimming pool, health spa (jacuzzi/sauana/steam-room), full cardio suite, spin bike studio and an extensive free-weights area.

The flat is fully furnished with all brand-new amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and induction hob.

Development service charge and council tax are included in rent, but utilities are not. There is a £100pcm supplement for couples.

5 minutes walk to Pontoon Dock DLR station
10 minutes to the Excel and London City Airport.
15 minutes to Canary Wharf.
30 minutes to London Waterloo.
