I am subletting 1 room in my 2-bedroom flat.

This is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared living room.
The room has 2 wardrobes, so plenty of storage space.
I'm looking for someone clean and tidy.

The flat is located next to Excel, 3 stops on the Elizabeth line from Liverpool Street / Moorgate, 8 stops on the DLR from Bank, and 6 stops on the DLR from Stratford Westfield.

I'm a software engineer working in the city. I work from home every day and occasionally go to the office.

All bills (broadband, water, electricity, gas) are included with reasonable usage.

The room can be rented for a maximum of 4 months, so this will suit someone doing a summer internship, an exchange program, or who needs a place to discover London for a couple of months.

For lets less than 2 months, the price is 250£ per week.
